Do you ship internationally?
Not through the website yet. Contact us for export enquiries.
Can I visit the showroom?
Please do. We have two showrooms in Jaipur, open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm. Book a visit and we will have pieces ready for you to see.
Orders
Do you take bulk and corporate orders?
Yes, from 50 pieces upward, with logo engraving and custom packaging. Use the enquiry form or WhatsApp us and we will send slab pricing with GST and lead times.
Product
Is your silver real?
Yes. Everything described as silver is 925 sterling — 92.5% pure silver — and is stamped. Net weight appears on every invoice.
Do you make pieces to order?
That is most of what we do. Send a photograph, a sketch or a sample and we will come back with a weight estimate, a making charge and a lead time, usually the same day.
Returns
Can I return a piece?
Unworn ready-stock items can be returned within 7 days in their original box. Customised and engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Ready-stock pieces despatch within 2 working days. Made-to-order pieces carry the lead time shown on the product page, typically 12–30 days.
